Terrance O'Connor
Terrance O'Connor (Special Counsel)
A government contracts scholar and practitioner, Terry O'Connor has written several books on government contracts law and procedure. Since 1984, he has been regularly teaching government contracts law to government contractors, government agency personnel, and other lawyers. He also publishes monthly columns on recent procurement decisions for the Procurement Law Advisor and the Federal Acquisition Report.
Over his career, Mr. O'Connor has taught thousands of government contract professionals such topics as Construction Contracting, Construction Claims, Contract Claims, Federal Contract Law, Advanced Federal Contract Law, Negotiation Techniques, and Procurement Ethics.
